Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences seeks a results‑oriented sales professional to promote and grow our portfolio across a defined geographic territory. You will develop long‑term relationships with physicians and other customers, educating them on the benefits of our products and managing key accounts in a dynamic market.

The role emphasizes field presence, strategic account management, and collaboration with Marketing, Medical Science Liaison teams, and payer stakeholders to achieve growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in science or related field.
• 4+ years of commercial pharma/biotech or related experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or LTC, Psychology, or Neurology sales experience is highly desired.
• Master’s degree in science or related field or 2+ years of similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Market Development.
• Drives product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management.
• Executes territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in‑person and virtual communications.
• Identifies and addresses territory‑specific opportunities and barriers to product success.
• Effectively manages promotional resources and budget.
• Customer Relationship Management and builds relationships with key stakeholders.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration with internal partners.
