Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Neurology Sales Specialist in Oxon Hill, MD to execute territory plans and deliver compliant, clinically compelling messaging to physicians, HCPs, and clinics. You will leverage biosimilars/infusion therapy knowledge to expand patient access and drive market adoption.

The role requires 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales, 3+ years in MS, and strong analytics, with compensation based on base salary plus bonus and potential car allowance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of documented pharmaceutical sales experience with quota attainment.
• 3+ years of direct MS sales experience in MS landscape.
• Biosimilars/infusion therapy sales with buy-and-bill understanding.
• Experience calling on neurologists and neurology centers.
• Strong communication, analytical, and account-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic relationships with targeted healthcare providers and clinics.
• Maintain account coverage and achieve call frequency targets with priority accounts.
• Engage in consultative, evidence-based dialogue on disease state education and workflow.
• Develop data-driven territory plans analyzing sales analytics and trends.
• Navigate specialty distribution channels to support product access.
• Maintain CRM records and compliance with sample tracking.
