Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Neurology Sales Specialist to execute strategic territory plans across a targeted MS-focused market. You will deliver compliant, clinically compelling messaging to physicians, HCPs, infusion centers, and clinic staff, while building strategic relationships and driving product adoption.

The role requires 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with 3+ years in MS, and biosimilars/infusion therapy expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a track record of quota attainment.
• 3+ years of direct sales experience in Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
• Biosimilars and/or infusion therapy sales experience and understanding of buy-and-bill, specialty networks, and infusion clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic territory plan and deliver compliant, clinically compelling messaging.
• Identify and develop strategic relationships with targeted HCPs, clinics, and health systems.
• Engage in consultative dialogue covering disease state education, therapeutic differentiation, and workflow considerations.
• Develop data-driven territory plans and analyze sales analytics, prescribing trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Navigate specialty distribution channels and collaborate with practice managers, pharmacies, and office staff.
• Maintain CRM records, call reports, and sample tracking per policies.
