Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Neurology Sales Specialist in Maryland to execute the strategic territory plan, delivering compliant, evidence-based messaging to neurologists, infusion centers, and clinics. You will drive MS product adoption through targeted relationships, analyzing prescribing trends, and leveraging buy-and-bill networks within specialty channels.

The role requires 5+ years of pharma sales with MS experience, biosimilars/infusion knowledge, and a proven record of achieving quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 5+ years of documented pharmaceutical sales experience with territory quotas.
• 3+ years of direct sales experience in Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
• Biosimilars and/or infusion therapy sales experience, including buy-and-bill dynamics and specialty networks.
• Experience calling on neurologists and neurology center personnel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic relationships with targeted providers and clinics to expand product reach.
• Engage key influencers and maintain account coverage with call frequency and reach targets.
• Address clinical and business needs with evidence-based dialogue on disease education and workflow.
• Develop data-driven territory plans and analyze sales trends to hit quarterly/annual goals.
• Navigate distribution channels and collaborate with clinic staff for access and administration.
• Maintain CRM records and administrative accuracy per policies.
