Syneos Health is seeking a Neurology Sales Specialist in Maryland to execute strategic territory plans and deliver compliant, clinically compelling messaging to physicians, HCPs, and infusion centers within the assigned geography.

You will identify key influencers, manage accounts, navigate buy-and-bill and specialty pharmacy networks, and maintain CRM records while achieving quarterly and yearly sales goals in MS and biosimilars markets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of documented pharmaceutical sales with quota attainment.
• 3+ years of direct MS sales experience and MS landscape familiarity.
• Biosimilars/infusion therapy sales, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy networks.
• Experience calling on neurologists and neurology centers within territory.

• Execute strategic territory plan with compliant, evidence-based messaging.
• Develop strategic relationships with physicians, clinics, and health systems.
• Engage influencers and KOLs; meet call frequency and reach targets.
• Analyze sales data to drive territory growth and achieve quotas.

• Maintain CRM records and sample tracking per policies.
