Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Neurology Sales Specialist to execute a strategic territory plan, delivering compliant, clinically compelling messaging to physicians, HCPs, and clinic staff within a defined geography. You will identify key influencers, manage relationships, and drive product adoption while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust CRM usage.

The role requires 5+ years of pharma sales with MS experience and biosimilars/infusion therapy knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with quota attainment.
• 3+ years of direct MS sales experience and knowledge of MS landscape.
• Experience with biosimilars/infusion therapy and buy-and-bill dynamics.
• Experience calling on neurologists and neurology center staff within the territory.
• Proven sales excellence and top rankings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic relationships with targeted healthcare providers, clinics, and health systems.
• Engage with KOLs and priority accounts to meet interaction targets and reach metrics.
• Address clinical and business needs with evidence-based dialogue on disease state education and therapy differentiation.
• Develop data-driven territory plans using sales analytics and prescribing trends.
• Navigate distribution channels and collaborate with infusion clinics and specialty pharmacies.
• Maintain CRM records, call reports, and sample tracking with compliance.
