Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager for Columbus West to lead long-term relationships with physicians and healthcare providers in the assigned territory.

You will educate on disease states, access hospitals and clinics, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to advance patient-centric programs. The role requires a track record of top-tier sales results, strong communication, and the ability to travel regularly within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years pharmaceutical sales or equivalent experience.
• Neurology experience strongly preferred.
• Building relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to travel within territory regularly, including overnight and weekend travel.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with physicians, extended prescribers and other customers in the assigned territory.
• Represent Alexion brands and provide disease and product education to external customers.
• Develop strategic account plans reflecting brand plans and local market dynamics.
• Collaborate with Institutional Account Manager(s), TLLs, SALs, MSLs, FRMs, Market Access and Diagnostics.
• Educate on disease diagnosis approaches and navigate hospital settings to access targets.
• Utilize marketing tools to support the selling process across stakeholders.
• Lead patient-centric partnership model implementation with physicians and clinics.
• Execute local disease education and promotional programs and provide product expertise.
