Qualifications

• Career ladder with PSR IV for internal progression.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify demographics and insurance information.
• Verify insurance coverage using automated systems.
• Manage payments, co-pays, and outstanding balances.
• Schedule new and follow-up appointments per guidelines.
• Check-out: review information, schedule future visits, provide referrals.
• Route calls and messages; prepare and route records in HIPAA-compliant manner.
