Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must communicate courteously with patients and visitors.
• Ability to process and interpret data; manage time-sensitive workload.

Responsibilities

• Processes check-in and check-out, and schedules appointments via EPIC.
• Obtains pre-certifications/pre-authorizations for procedures.
• Maintains efficient flow of practice and escalates concerns as appropriate.
• Greets and assists patients/visitors professionally in person or on the phone.
• Adheres to HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
