Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of medical front-desk, healthcare administration, or high-volume customer service experience.
• People-first mindset with calm, patient demeanor.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Reliability and punctuality for an 8:00 AM start.

Responsibilities

• Patient Welcoming: Greet patients and families warmly, manage check-in/out, keep lobby organized.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Manage phone lines, answer inquiries, triage calls, schedule appointments.
• Insurance & Records Management: Verify insurance, collect co-pays, process new patient forms, scan records.
• Clinical Collaboration: Work with neurologists and staff to ensure smooth daily flow and minimal wait times.
• Privacy Advocate: Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
