Christie Clinic’s University clinic in Champaign, IL is seeking a full-time Receptionist. You will greet patients, handle check-in, answer calls, and schedule appointments, working Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with no nights or weekends.

You will also liaise between Neurology staff and outside providers, keeping clean lobby areas, and assisting with chart preparation and data updates. This role requires a high school diploma and preferred medical office experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle check-in, verify demographics, and update records.
• Answer high-volume calls and schedule or reschedule appointments.
• Serve as liaison between Neurology and outside providers for referrals.
• Maintain provider schedules and a tidy lobby.
• Prepare charts according to department standards.
