The role reports to the Neuroscience District Sales Manager and aims to exceed goals by delivering value through differentiated products and services. The position requires field-based promotion, strong clinical knowledge, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• BS or BA with GPA greater than 3.0.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving history.
• Self-starter with goal- and results-driven mindset.
• Hunter mentality with strong sales drive and competitive spirit.
• Ability to travel, including overnights; reside within territory geography.

Responsibilities

• Execute and promote products in alignment with sales strategy in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with the District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales strategy and product promotion actions.
• Analyze local market, monitor performance, and maximize product use in territory.
• Maintain up-to-date product, disease, and market reimbursement knowledge.
• Communicate effectively using advanced selling and negotiation skills to target audiences.
• Identify and leverage advocacy channels; secure product access and reimbursement as needed.
• Manage travel and promotional budgets and document expenses and calls.
