Vanda Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking an Associate Neurology Account Manager or Neurology Account Manager to join our high-performance sales team in the U.S.

The role reports to the Neuroscience District Sales Manager and focuses on exceeding goals through differentiated products in the neurology space. The position emphasizes achieving territory goals, maintaining clinical knowledge, and ensuring compliant, effective engagement with healthcare stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with GPA >3.0 or equivalent
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to travel and reside within assigned territory

Responsabilités

• Execute and promote products in alignment to sales strategy in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with the District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales and strategy direction.
• Analyze local market, develop and monitor performance to maximize product use in territory.
• Maintain current knowledge of product, disease, and market reimbursement.
• Manage budgets, time and resources within territory.
• Communicate effectively with audiences using advanced selling skills.
• Identify and leverage advocacy channels.
• Secure product access and reimbursement within institutional systems.
• Manage travel and promotional budgets; complete reporting and compliance.
