Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation offers a two-way, in-home neuro PT role with true clinical autonomy. You’ll plan and implement one-on-one neuro rehab in patients' homes and communities, focusing on real-world mobility, balance, and independence.

Ideal candidates bring a PT license, state-specific practice, and neuro rehab knowledge; a flexible, local-covaging schedule with paid documentation time and mileage support is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in applicable state.
• BLS or CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.
• Minimum of one year of PT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of neuro rehab techniques for complex injuries.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and transfer patients up to 100 pounds safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend staff/family meetings.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and provide home safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the care team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to optimize outcomes.
