Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver in-home neuro rehabilitation with flexible scheduling and true clinical autonomy. You’ll manage a neuro-focused caseload, provide one-on-one care, and work to improve mobility and independence in real-world settings.

This role emphasizes autonomy over productivity, with compensation that includes hourly pay and paid documentation time, plus mileage reimbursement and paid drive time to local assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• CPR/BLS certification as required by state regulations.
• At least 1 year of PT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of neuro rehabilitation techniques and safe lifting.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess progress and attend meetings.
• Discharge evaluations and provide home safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance outcomes.
