Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for neuro home and community settings.

In this high-autonomy role, you will conduct 1:1 neuro rehabilitation, manage your own caseload, and work within patients' real environments to improve mobility and independence. The role emphasizes quality time with clients over productivity quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted PT license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR/BLS certification in accordance with state regulations.
• Minimum of one year’s work experience as a PT preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injury.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and participate in staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home and community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordinated care and positive outcomes.
