Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver true one-on-one neuro rehabilitation in home and community settings. You will manage your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy, focusing on meaningful functional outcomes beyond high-volume clinics.

Responsibilities include evaluations, ongoing plan adjustments, discharge planning, and collaboration with the treatment team to improve patient mobility and independence in real-life environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
