Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for neuro home & community settings in the Lewiston area. You will provide true one-on-one neuro rehab in patients\' homes and communities, with autonomy to plan and manage your caseload.

You will work with individuals recovering from neurological conditions, including stroke and TBI, to improve mobility and independence in real-life environments, while maintaining local coverage and manageable drive times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
• BLS/CPR certification per state regulations
• Minimum of one year of PT experience preferred
• Neuro rehabilitation knowledge and skills

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend staffing meetings
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home safety recommendations
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family
• Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy

Current unrestricted Physical Therapist license

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
