Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in New Hampshire seeks an Occupational Therapist to join its home and community neuro program. You will deliver evaluations, develop plans, and support independence in daily activities in patients' homes.

This PRN role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, 1:1 care, and competitive pay of $50–$60 per hour, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus for select roles, mileage reimbursement, and paid drive time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the practicing state.
• CPR certification is current and valid.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend staffing meetings.
• Discharge evaluations with home safety recommendations and referrals.
• Communicate patient progress to the care team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve outcomes.
