Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Lowell, MA is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a home-and-community Neuro program. You will conduct evaluations, design plans, and work directly in patients\' homes to restore daily independence and safety.

The role emphasizes autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful outcomes with 1:1 patient care and no clinic-based productivity pressures. Supports include local coverage and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of OT work experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; up to 100 pounds with safety procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Duties require physical capability to move and lift patients.

Responsabilités

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and recommend home and community safety resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians, and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
