Zusammenfassung

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver neuro home and community care. You will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy in patients’ homes, focusing on daily activities, cognition, safety, and independence in real-world environments.

This role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful outcomes without productivity pressure, with compensation based on hourly pay and local coverage areas.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the practicing state
• Current CPR Certification
• Minimum of one year’s work experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological diagnoses preferred
• Effective and professional communication in verbal and written interactions
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; moving or transferring patients may involve up to 100 pounds with safety procedures
• Duties require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and walking/standing for extended periods
• Additional physical requirements include pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, etc.
• Health screen/exam may be required before assignment and periodically thereafter

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans
• Perform discharge evaluations and make home safety recommendations
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the team and family
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes
