Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, part of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide neuro rehab in home and community settings. The role emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful outcomes with no productivity pressure.

You will evaluate, design real-life cognitive and ADL training, promote home safety, and collaborate with families and care teams. Travel is local; you’ll stay within your coverage area.

Formación

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year of OT experience.
• Experience with complex neurological conditions preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans; attend staffing and family conferences.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and make home safety recommendations.
• Communicate needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, client and family.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to improve outcomes.
