Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our home and community neuro program. You will deliver client-centered care in patients' homes, focusing on daily living activities, cognition, safety, and independence.

This role offers flexible scheduling, high clinical autonomy, mileage reimbursement, and local coverage with dedicated 1:1 patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of OT work experience.
• Knowledge of neuro rehabilitation techniques is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staff/family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and recommend home/community safety resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
