Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide true one-on-one neuro rehabilitation in home and community settings. You will perform evaluations, create and adjust treatment plans, and support patients in returning to meaningful daily activities with their families and communities.

This role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy in treatment planning, and compensation for drive time and mileage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted state license to practice OT.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of OT work experience.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neuro conditions preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in staff/family meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
