Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Concord, NH is seeking an Occupational Therapist (Neuro) to work in home and community settings. The role emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, and outcomes, focusing on ADLs, cognition, safety, and participation in life.

You will assess, treat, and re‑evaluate patients, collaborate with the treatment team, and support families in real-world environments. The position offers sign-on bonuses for select roles and a locally focused neuro-rehab caseload.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of OT experience.
• Knowledge of neuro rehabilitation techniques is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in team meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
