Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or certificate preferred in a technical/computer/electronic field.
• 2+ years in technical support or call center experience preferred.

• Strong keyboarding skills (40 wpm) and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer-care mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and end users via tickets and phone.
• Document all interactions with detailed notes and proper coding in the ticketing system.
• Analyze issues and escalate when necessary; monitor and track incidents.
• Learn and support additional products including Hydraulic, Dispenser Payment, and Forecourt controller applications.
