Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a technical field is preferred.
• Prior field-based technical support experience in fueling industry is highly preferred.
• High level of technical knowledge on fueling payment, POS and network systems.
• Travel up to 50% with short notice.

Responsibilities

• Develop installation scope of work and manage ASO technicians during product installs.
• Lead field validation and beta testing with customer sites and report results.
• Provide technical escalation and support during pilots and post-install phases.
• Prepare field reports and coordinate with Engineering and Product Management.
