Phoenix Contact USA is seeking a Network Sales Engineer to serve as the SME on EtherWAN products, supporting pre-sales, solution design, and post-sales technical guidance across Northern California, Oregon, and Washington.

The role emphasizes teamwork with BD and sales, customer training, and designing network solutions that drive product adoption and revenue growth. Willingness to travel and strong presentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Understanding of IT vs OT networking environments.
• CCNA certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Technical certifications in networking are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Introduce EtherWAN products and articulate value proposition to prospects.
• Project manage field engagements with BD and sales resources.
• Engage with prospects, partners, and customers in field activities.
• Train customers on Networking from beginner to advanced levels.
• Assist in network design and recommend EtherWAN products.
