Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. seeks a domain consultant for network security transformation to provide technical expertise and guidance in customers' network security and zero trust journey.

You will be key in defining technical solutions that secure a customer’s key business imperatives and evangelize our industry leadership across on‑prem, cloud, and security services. You will collaborate with sales teams, present to customers at all levels, and lead demonstrations and Technical Validation

Qualifications

• 6+ years in pre-sales or sales engineering focused on Zero Trust or network security.
• Strong knowledge of L2-L4 networking, routing, OSPF/BGP, and security architectures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving with customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to design customer solutions within your specialization.
• Present as the subject-matter expert to all levels of the customer hierarchy.
• Lead and support customer demonstrations showcasing our value.
• Manage Technical Validation projects with customers and partners to win opportunities.
• Architect solutions to strengthen and simplify customer security posture.
• Document high-level designs and key use cases for implementations.
• Lead discussions on industry trends and security landscape changes.
• Support positioning of Palo Alto Networks products against requirements and competitors.
• Serve as the main technical contact for Network Security in responses to RFIs/RFPs.
• Position services to ensure value realization of Palo Alto Networks solutions.
