Job summary

SHI International is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer - Network for the US-CA region with a remote/home-office setup. You will work with Architects and account teams to articulate network solutions, assess customer environments, and drive technology-enabled business outcomes.

This role emphasizes consultative sales and strong technical leadership. You should bring 2+ years of Cisco networking experience and relevant certifications, with travel as required to events and customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Cisco networking products (switches, routers, wireless, Nexus, Meraki).
• Willingness to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer events.
• Advanced Certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, JNCIE, JNCIP, CASX, ACSP.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to understand customer network environments and maturity.
• Design and propose network solutions across Data Center, Cloud, Network, and Security spaces.
• Educate and develop sales teams on network technologies and solution selling.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs and strategic partners.
• Provide product training and technical education to the sales team and customers.
