You will manage incidents, problems, changes, and documentation for network devices and resources monitored by Logicalis Managed Services. The role requires 4 years in a network operations center or equivalent, CCNA/Fortinet NSE4, VPN techs, and ITIL familiarity.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field (required).
• 4 years of experience in network operations center or equivalent network support team.
• Cisco/Fortinet firewall/switch/router knowledge and VPN technologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform break/fix troubleshooting, software updates and feature enhancements on networking devices.
• Coordinate with vendors (Cisco, AT&T, Verizon) for issue resolution.
• Follow ITIL incident/problem/change processes and meet SLAs.
