Job summary

Logicalis is seeking a Network Operations Center professional to support customers' network environments as part of a 24x7x365 operations team. The role includes incident, problem and change management for monitored network devices and resources, with close collaboration to vendors and adherence to SLAs.

The ideal candidate has 4 years in a NOC or similar, holds an associate degree, and is familiar with Cisco/ Fortinet devices, VPN technologies, and data/voice circuits.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in network operations center or equivalent network support team.
• Associate's Degree in a related field.
• Cisco and Fortinet - firewalls/switches/routers/AP's.
• VPN technologies and data/voice circuits.

Responsibilities

• Performs break/fix troubleshooting, software updates and feature enhancements to networking devices.
• Works with external vendors such as Cisco, AT&T, Verizon, etc. in troubleshooting hardware and circuit issues.
• Creates and maintains technical and process documentation for troubleshooting purposes.
• Follows ITIL incident, problem and change management processes for customer requests or outages.
