Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; 4+ years in network operations center or equivalent.
• Experience with Cisco/Fortinet firewalls, VPNs and circuit tech.
• ITIL familiarity; incident, problem and change management experience.
• CCNA/Fortinet NSE4 or CompTIA Security+/Network+ certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs break/fix troubleshooting and software updates on networking devices.
• Collaborates with Cisco, AT&T, Verizon, and other vendors for issue resolution.
• Creates and maintains troubleshooting documentation and follows ITIL processes.
• Responds to incidents, adheres to SLAs, and communicates with customers effectively.
