Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs break/fix troubleshooting and software updates on networking devices.
• Coordinates with vendors (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.) to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Creates and maintains technical/process documentation for troubleshooting.
• Under ITIL processes, manages incidents, problems, and changes to meet SLAs.
