You will perform break/fix troubleshooting, software updates, and feature enhancements to networking devices, and coordinate with Cisco, Fortinet, and other vendors. You will follow ITIL processes for incidents, problems, and changes, document procedures, and strive to meet SLAs while delivering excellent

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field.
• 4 years of experience in network operations center or equivalent network support team.
• Familiarity with Cisco and Fortinet firewalls/switches/routers.
• Experience with ITIL-based incident tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs break/fix troubleshooting, software updates and feature enhancements to networking devices.
• Works closely with external vendors such as Cisco, AT&T, Verizon, etc. in troubleshooting hardware and circuit issues.
• Creates and maintains technical and process documentation for troubleshooting purposes.
• Understands ITIL incident, problem and change processes and resolves customer requests or outages.
• Responds to and resolves customer issues using tools, procedures, and training in service offerings and SLAs.
• Maintains knowledge of Logicalis service offerings and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.
