Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field.
• 4 years in network operations center or equivalent.
• Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, VPN technologies, and data/voice circuits.
• Experience with ITIL-based incident tracking (Service-Now, CA Service Desk).
• Certifications: CCNA, Fortinet NSE4, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+.

Responsibilities

• Performs break/fix troubleshooting, software updates and feature enhancements to networking devices.
• Coordinates with external vendors (Cisco, AT&T, Verizon) to troubleshoot hardware and circuit issues.
• Follows ITIL incident, problem and change management processes to resolve requests or outages.
• Maintains technical and process documentation for troubleshooting.
• Ensures adherence to SLAs and company policies; provides quality customer service.
