Job summary

Logicalis, Inc. is seeking a network operations professional to support customers' environments as part of the 24x7x365 operations team. You will handle incident and change management for network devices and resources monitored by Logicalis Managed Services.

The role requires ITIL knowledge, documentation discipline, and strong vendor coordination with Cisco and Fortinet, across VPNs and data/voice circuits, to meet SLA commitments.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field.
• 4 years of experience in network operations center or equivalent network support team.
• Experience with Cisco and Fortinet technologies; familiarity with VPN, data/voice circuits and load balancers.
• Knowledge of ITIL incident, problem and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Performs break/fix troubleshooting and software updates on networking devices.
• Collaborates with vendors (Cisco, AT&T, Verizon) to resolve circuit issues.
• Creates and maintains troubleshooting documentation and adheres to ITIL processes.
• Ensures incident resolution aligns with SLAs and supports customer requests.
