Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Network Operations Analyst to support a large, 24/7 enterprise network environment. This junior‑level role requires working knowledge of wired/wireless networking, DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM) related to LAN/WAN and firewalls.

You will assist with troubleshooting, changes, and documentation in a mission-critical environment. Responsibilities include incident response, customer communication, and collaboration with the Network Engineering Team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years in enterprise network management and troubleshooting.
• CCNA-level hands-on experience and DDI knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work onsite or remotely.

Responsibilities

• Monitor trouble ticket queues and respond to incidents per SLAs.
• Provide technical support for DNS, DHCP, and IPAM issues.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and messaging.
• Assist Network Engineering with deploying hardware/software for expansion.
• Collaborate to troubleshoot physical layer network issues.
• Work with NOC teams to troubleshoot WAN, firewall, DNS/DHCP/IPAM issues affecting LANs.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours escalations.
• Attend operations staff meetings to review status and initiatives.
