Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise network environments.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing and switching, DNS/DHCP, VPN, network monitoring tools, and firewall concepts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and support enterprise network environments to ensure performance and availability.
• Investigate network incidents, outages, and performance degradation.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to reduce repeats.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Work with customers and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot connectivity and service issues.
• Participate in customer implementations, migrations, and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Maintain documentation and operational procedures; manage incident, problem, and change activities using ITIL processes.
