Leidos is seeking a Network Operations Analyst to support a large, 24/7 enterprise network environment for NASA NIOC. The role requires CCNA-level troubleshooting and hands-on DNS/DHCP/IPAM work, with strong communication and collaboration across federal customers and technical teams.

The position involves deploying changes, supporting network expansion, and staying aligned with SLAs. Flexibility for onsite or remote work and first/second shift coverage is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of enterprise network management and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on CCNA level network implementation and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP and IPAM networking systems and internet security.
• Knowledge of network authentication processes.
• Experience using PuTTY and SecureCRT.
• Ability to work independently, follow established procedures and technical direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite or remotely as required; shift flexibility.

Responsabilités

• Monitor trouble ticket queues and respond to incidents per SLAs.
• Provide technical support to a large user base by troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, and IPAM issues; communicate with customers via multiple channels.
• Assist the Network Engineering Team with deploying new hardware and software for network expansion.
• Collaborate with peers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve physical layer network issues.
• Work with other NOC teams to identify WAN, firewall, security, and DDI issues affecting LAN operations.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours escalations and outages.
• Attend operations staff meetings to review status and upcoming initiatives.
