DMI is seeking a NOC Analyst in Maryland to monitor network devices, manage shift coverage, and lead NOC staff to ensure reliable service delivery. The role emphasizes incident handling, SLA compliance, and clear communication during outages.

Qualified candidates will have an Associate's degree or equivalent, plus experience in IT networking, SNMP/RMON tools, and Cisco basics. Day shift; US citizenship required.

Formación

• Associate's Degree or two years of college study in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• The candidate should have at least two years in a computer-related field with advanced knowledge of network operating systems.
• Experience with SNMP and RMON based software products is required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor devices, platforms, and services within a network environment.
• Manage NOC shift coverage to ensure operations run efficiently.
• Provide direction and training to NOC staff following documented procedures.
