Job summary

ICE Clear Europe Limited in Georgia seeks a Network Operations professional to provide 24x7 support for the global production network. You will work with Operations and Engineering to handle service requests, perform proactive monitoring, and coordinate with vendors to minimize outages.

Responsibilities include incident and problem management, readiness for new services, change planning, and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and TCP/IP.
• Strong customer service and team collaboration skills.
• Weekend and off-hours support required.
• CCNA, JNCIA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Incident management with proactive monitoring to avoid outages.
• Troubleshooting and fault isolation to restore service.
• Problem management through root cause analysis.

• Interact with engineering and vendors to resolve issues.
