Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) seeks an experienced Network Operations professional to provide 24x7 support for the global production network. You will coordinate incident, change, and service-request processes and work with engineering to optimize network health and performance.

The role requires strong technical depth in routing, switching, multicast, and vendor certifications, plus a customer-focused mindset and weekend/shift readiness. Based in the Atlanta area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or 10+ in lieu of formal education.
• Financial services industry experience preferred
• Certification at or above Juniper JNCIS; CCNP/CCIE acceptable
• Solid knowledge of multicast troubleshooting in enterprise networks
• Experience with routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, MPLS) and TCP/IP switching

Responsibilities

• Incident Management: proactive monitoring to avoid outages and rapid fault isolation.
• Problem Management: develop root-cause analysis and troubleshooting procedures to speed restoration.
• Operational Readiness for New Services: complete pre-production checklists and ensure proper management updates.
• Change Management Planning: coordinate CAB changes and support engineering reviews.
• Service Requests & Maintenance: execute requests and coordinate pro-active maintenance.
• Process Improvement: own initiatives to improve technology, processes, tools, or services
