Job summary

MHMR is seeking a knowledgeable Network Manager HCS to oversee field-based HCS Service Coordinators, ensuring compliance with Remote Work Operating Procedures, Service Coordination Guidelines, TAC rules, and related policies.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, including people served, families, HHSC, DSHS, MCOs, NFs, MHMR Tarrant staff, and community partners, aiming to improve accessibility, productivity, and service quality.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in Health and Human services field.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.
• Two (2) years of Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises field-based HCS Service Coordinators and ensures compliance with Remote Work Operating Procedure, Service Coordination Guidelines, HCS Rules, TAC guidelines, and related procedures.
• Liaises with stakeholders, including people served, families, HHSC, DSHS, MCOs, NFs, MHMR Tarrant staff, and community members.
• Oversees each person’s assigned HCS Service Coordinator, coaching and monitoring productivity, quality, and performance.
• Ensures accessibility to stakeholders and adherence to TAC guidelines and departmental handbooks.

The Network Manager HCS directly supervises and manages field based HCS Service Coordinators, ensuring compliance with Remote Work Operating Procedure, Service Coordination Guidelines, HCS Rules, Targeted Case Management, departmental procedures, and handbooks. They oversee each person's assigned HCS Service Coordinator, ensuring adherence to TAC guidelines, accessibility to stakeholders, coaching, and monitoring productivity, quality, and performance. Additionally, they act as a liaison to various stakeholders, including people who served, families, HHSC, DSHS, MCOs, NFs, MHMR Tarrant staff, and community members.
