Job summary

Honor is seeking a Network Learning & Development Lead to shape the training strategy for our franchise network, building and delivering high‑quality learning content and programs. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of training initiatives, partner with SMEs, and ensure adoption and impact across the network.

This role blends learning design with strong project management, requiring collaboration across franchise owners, staff, and HQ teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or training program management.
• Experience with LMS platforms and content authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and produce onboarding materials and educational modules for franchise staff.
• Deliver live training sessions (virtual or in-person) for franchise owners and staff.
• Manage the LMS and ensure content is current and retired when needed.
• Measure training effectiveness with completion rates and assessment metrics.
• Maintain project plans and coordinate with SMEs.
