Job summary

ADAPT Community Network is seeking a Director of Learning and Development to provide strategic and operational leadership for employee learning and professional development. You will report to the VP of Learning and Development and oversee end-to-end learning programs that support onboarding, performance, engagement, and career growth across ADAPT and its affiliates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Training and Development, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, training, or HR.
• Experience leading or managing staff and/or L&D programs.
• Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for organization-wide learning and development initiatives.
• Partners with VP for Learning & Development to set strategies, goals, and measures.
• Leads assessment of learning needs and translates gaps into solutions.
• Serves as an internal consultant to leaders on performance and development.
• Facilitates new hire Pre-Service Orientation for all new hires.
• Oversees design, delivery, and evaluation of instructor-led, virtual, blended, and eLearning experiences.
• Manages LMS usage, content strategy, reporting, and end-user support.
• Develops learning pathways and onboarding-related learning.
• Builds a network of trainers and subject matter experts across programs.
