Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care is seeking a Director of Learning & Development to design and deliver training for our franchise network. You will lead content creation, live sessions, webinars, and events, driving measurable improvements in performance and profitability.

The role requires remote work with travel up to 50%, collaborating across Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Technology to ensure programs align with brand standards and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and presenting training programs.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and lead a comprehensive franchisee training program.
• Attend New Franchisee Training in person ~5 days per month and lead webinars.
• Continuously update training materials reflecting industry changes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Tech.
• Develop content for Agencies of Excellence and National Conference.
• Measure training effectiveness with KPIs and feedback.
