Job summary

Honor Technology is seeking a senior learning and development professional to own the knowledge strategy and develop onboarding materials, e-learning modules, and facilitator guides. You will manage LMS content, collaborate with vendors, and lead live trainings for franchise owners and staff.

With 5+ years in L&D or instructional design, you will drive impact through assessments and change management across NIO initiatives, pilots, and rollout plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning and development, instructional design, or training program management.
• Experience with LMS platforms and content authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with subject matter experts to extract knowledge and structure it into effective learning content.
• Own the learning strategy for NIO initiatives, selecting formats such as live training, self-paced modules, and job aids.
• Develop and produce onboarding materials, educational modules, reference guides, and facilitator guides.
• Lead live training sessions virtually or in-person for franchise owners and office staff.
• Manage content on the Learning Management System (LMS) and collaborate with vendors.
• Measure training effectiveness through knowledge assessments and behavioral adoption metrics.
• Manage learning workstreams as projects with defined scopes, timelines, and milestones.
• Support broader NIO initiatives including pilot coordination and change management.
