Leap Brands seeks a Director of Learning & Development to lead a best-in-class training function across multiple locations. The role will shape the enterprise learning strategy, develop leaders, implement onboarding programs, and standardize operational training to elevate customer experiences.

This leadership position requires building a high-performing L&D team, tracking ROI, and traveling to stores to ensure training effectiveness in a fast-growth retail environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Learning & Development experience in multi-unit settings.
• Experience with modern instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Proven ability to build leadership development and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide learning and development strategy.
• Build scalable onboarding programs for retail staff and managers.
• Design leadership development programs for future leaders.
• Standardize training across locations to improve consistency.
• Create blended learning solutions (instructor-led, eLearning, microlearning).
• Partner with Operations and HR to close capability gaps.
