Job summary

Leap Brands is seeking an experienced Training Leader to direct field training strategy, develop curricula, and manage blended learning programs across multiple sites. You will oversee CBT development and the LMS, ensuring high standards and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with executives to forecast programs, analyze ROI, and drive continuous program improvements while collaborating with HR and Operations to align training with business needs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Organizational Development, HR, Training or related field.
• MS in HR or OD preferred.
• 10+ years' training management experience in instructional design and adult learning, with needs analysis.
• 5+ years at executive level management.
• Hands on experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct field training strategy, programs and curricula across the company.
• Lead field training delivery and blended learning solutions.
• Identify learning needs and design prioritized development resources.
• Partner with leaders to deploy, measure and evaluate training interventions.
• Develop CBT content and manage the LMS.
• Forecast annual programs, track ROI and report metrics to senior leadership.
• Evaluate training quality and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations and other departments on training initiatives.
